Rallyist.Co first came into being as a trade stand at the 2007 Autosport International Race Car Show at the N.E.C. Birmingham UK.
The aim of the Stand was to be the first public display of the Artwork of Artist Cartoonist Paul M. Ellender.
The Name was derived from my first venture into the world wide web with www.rallyist.co.uk
At this point in time Rallyist.Co exists in name only and of course as a Website, while all the building blocks of the various sections are being put together.
Rallyist.Co will be the business Hub of Rallyist. Built around the Artwork and Humour of Paul M. Ellender. Providing the central infrastructure for the Operations,
Project Planning, Marketing, Logistics and Recruitment, for The Books, The Publishing, under Rallyist Publications, The Art Projects, The Merchandise Sales and Development, The Games, plus Rallyist 350 & The Rallyist Motorsport Art Gallery.

Following the very positive feedback at the 2007 Autosport Show about the cartoons and enquiries from both the public fellow exhibitors asking ...'Is there a Book?', plans went into action to produce a book, 'The Rallyist'. Not being possible to find a Publisher willing to take on a Rally-Cartoon book however, Paul took the project to a bold next level electing to produce the book himself.
In 2009 'The Rallyist' was Published.

Originally Planned as a 10th Anniversary Special of The Rallyist, work started on this new project mid 2017
However during 2019 with almost half of the book complete it became apparent that over the intervening years Rallyist-Art had developed. A series of commissions projects had incorporated an enhanced style in the cartoons. This was to change the remit of the new Cartoon book drastically. The decision was made to inject the Artwork style of the Commissions with the humour of Paul M. Ellender. The Result, after original drafts, reworks and 2 years work is
Rallyist Remastered released 2023.
Following the 2009 Book launch the Chatsworth House Rallyshow. Visitors to the new trade stand made enquiries to us about commissions and Merchandise based on the Rallyist Styles. From which Rallyist-Art came to be.
Prints, T-Shirts, Mugs, Umbrellas, Our Colouring Books plus Art Material and the new Garage Art Range.
All are available on the new Rallyist.co website.
While we investigate the possibilities of producing more Merchandise in house a partnership with www.redbubble.com has offered us a very wide range of options.
Very early on in the life of my 4mx4m Trade it became apparent that the 16m² footprint could not allow me to show off the Artwork they way it needs to be displayed, with room to move, room to browse, room to enjoy. The need to sell and display Merchandise to pay for the Stands footprint was also a driving issue
I needed not just an Art Gallery but a Gallery 'Right where it needed to Be'
Why 350? Rallyist 350 is a Limited Edition Book with a run number of just 350. Price £100 per book.
The 'Start Up' Target for the Rallyist Gallery Project is £35,000.
350 Books at £100 each = £35,000
This funding will allows us to become a Ltd Company. It then opens the doors to both Investors,Corporate Sponsor and Arts Council /Lottery grants.
